My new iPod came in yesterday!

They called it in while I was still sleeping, and I woke up to my sister saying, “Your iPod is hereeee.” For once, I didn’t mind waking up to that shrill annoying voice. My mom took me to the Apple store after dropping Matthew off at school. The lady handed it over to me in (and I kid you not) a small little baggy just big enough to hold the tiny pink iPod. And, in case there was any confusion on how I landed myself in this stupid mess to begin with, a sticker on the cover of my iPod politely reminded me, “Don’t steal music.” In three other different languages besides English too, in case I didn’t get the hint in the language I was most fluent in. They were in Spanish, French and Japanese to be exact. I didn’t even care, I just wanted my new iPod so I could get home and finally listen to my tunes.

That was my favorite part of the day probably. Aside from that, I let too much get me down for some reason. My parents and I are fighting over where I’m going to college (they want me to go to Macomb, and I want to look into Eastern) and now they have plans to go out tonight, so I have to leave the fair early so I can come home and watch Matthew. It figures that the one time they have plans with friends they haven’t bothered seeing since high school, I’m actually out with my friends. It really does annoy me to no end.
